When the Deluge flooded the Earth; in other words, when life on earth was about to come to an end, a leaf of olive tree brought by the dove to Noah was evidence that life was still going on. It has been a long time since the flood receded from the earth, but the olive tree is still the symbol of the life cycle and of permanence. At the moment when everyone thinks the tree is dying, it sprouts again from its roots. With its strong roots grasping the ground, it is the symbol of our permanence on the earth and our attachment to our environment. It has kept its significance since the times holy books were written. Wouldn’t you like to have such an olive tree of your own? The culture of olive is so rich. And a single kernel gives birth to an immortal tree. This is why we say: “Ne Extra Oleas” or “Nothing but olive”. Whatever we do relating to olive is relevant to life. We want to give back what we receive from the olive to the olive again. We want to transform and be transformed! Our passion is to contribute to the regeneration of the cycle of life.

Life is love, respect and sharing. Nature in Ayvalýk has been destroyed since years and with our love for environment we shall do our best to preserve the 200-year-old olive trees of that area. We shall offer a unique tree on a unique land plot to a unique person and share it with the humankind. This will be the symbol of our sympathy for every single living being on the Earth.
